Johnny Galecki, one of the highest-paid The Big Bang Theory stars, is apparently savvy in making real estate investments, and that’s obvious in his real estate purchases.
Galecki, who plays Dr. Leonard Hofstadter in the aforementioned famous comedy series, made the investment of a lifetime when he purchased this Spanish-styled villa from Jason Statham, another Hollywood A-lister, for $9 million in 2015. The 1929-built Spanish-styled villa spreads over an area of 5,334 square feet and has six bedrooms in total, not to mention six lavish bathrooms.
Other features of the property include a library and an office, beautifully-landscaped grounds, a separate guekalst house, a patio, and an outdoor dining. With a net worth of $50 million, Galecki surely didn’t bother to apply for mortgage loans to secure this pad as he reportedly paid $201,000 more than the original listing price.
