Brooke Langton – Est. $2.1 Million, Sherman Oaks, California
Brooke Langton, of Melrose Place fame, is a well-known name in the industry. He was married to director Randall Zisk at one point in time.
And together, they had bought this lovely house in Sherman Oaks which they sold off later for $2.1 million. The 4500-square-foot house was built in 1941 and was initially priced at $2.8 million when Brooke and Randall purchased it in 2008.
The old Hollywood-style house had a detached guest house on the premises which must be convenient when having over guests frequently. Though they aren’t together anymore, Brooke and Randall’s investment in this house was a wise one but they were sadly at a loss of profit when they sold it off.
