American musician and record producer Travis Barker is not only famous as one of the key members, or precisely the drummer of rock band ‘Blink-182’, but he is also a savvy real estate investor.
Travis has collaborated with numerous artists and band performers, namely ‘Transplants’, wherein he’s an active member. Also, he founded ‘+44’ and ‘Box Car Racer’ and even joined ‘Goldfinger’ and ‘Antemasque’. ‘Rolling Stone’ had referred to him as “punk’s first superstar drummer”. We agree!
Travis certainly has total control on his sticks, but he also knows perfectly how to make real estate investments. His latest bargain is this sprawling $2.8 million California pad which has a home cinema, five bedrooms, a fitness room, six bathrooms, a kitchen, and a swimming pool. Whether or not this would suffice as his retirement home, we hope he’s kept some plans handy for old age.
