The King a.k.a. Elvis Presley was actually quite shy as a little boy and wouldn’t sing in front of other people. However, banking on his amazing talents as a singer, actor, and entertainer, he later became the best-selling solo artist of all time.
His concerts, tours, and best-selling albums made him rich, allowing him to splurge as often as he wanted. His original house in LA, Graceland was already an abode of luxury, but he did maintain other houses around the country.
For example, his Memphis house cost $29,500 – an amount that was no way cheap back in those days! Judging by the pictures, the place was stunning though and dear old Elvis was surrounded with luxurious pieces in every room.
