Built in 1988, the $200 million-worth Spelling Manor, once owned by television producer Aaron Spelling and his wife, is the largest home in Los Angeles.

Though it is not owned by the Spelling family anymore, it is still known as the Spelling Manor. The current owner, British heiress Petra Stunt, bought it in 2011 $85 million in cash. Of course, anyone with extra money would want to grab this world-famous palatial mansion. And considering its many amenities, we can say that the price is just about right.

This gargantuan abode has 123 rooms with its own fitness center, a barbershop, a flower-cutting room, a bowling alley, and multiple gift-wrapping rooms, to name a few. It doesn’t even sound like a family home but a family resort! Can you imagine living in such a place?
