Diego Maradona – Undisclosed Price, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Given that Diego Maradona has only recently suffered a fatal heart attack in November 2020, we can’t help but look back to his extraordinary life. While he was still playing for the Argentinos Juniors in the ‘70s, the team had given him and his family this 2-story house in Buenos Aires.
They moved out, however, by 1981 when he changed to the Boca Juniors. Diego was one of the greatest soccer players out there. He even played for Argentina’s national team up until 1994! The house was bought by Alberto Perez in 2008, for just $100K, and has since been turned into a shrine-like museum, focused on Maradona’s early days.
