A little birdie told us that Kim and Kanye West’s house in Calabasas is worth a whopping $60 million now after a recent evaluation on the property.

It was a house that the celebrity couple bought for $20 million in 2015. They spend another $20 million on just renovations. The investment was worth it! Though we are calling this a house, it is close to a mansion with not just two swimming pools but also a private vineyard! The total area is three acres and the mansion is close to 15,000 square feet.
