Marcus Wareing — Est. $3 Million, Wandsworth

Marcus Wareing is 48 now, and he has already achieved so much in his professional career. He started feeding his passion for cooking when he was in high school, and banking on that desire to learn more, he took a course in catering and slowly built a career in the culinary world.

His restaurant, Marcus, has one Michelin star, and while that doesn’t compare to other chefs, being awarded such a coveted star is a huge prestige in itself. Aside from that, he is also one of the judges in Masterchef: Professionals. He has also written several cookbooks and we have no doubt that the royalties from these books make him even richer.

His friendship with another great chef, Gordon Ramsay, is well known. Ramsay was his best man at his wedding and also the godfather of his eldest child. Marcus and his family used to live in a lovely home in Wandsworth but sold it off and moved on to some better and more upscale place, we assume.
