Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez spent almost a year touring before buying their current mansion. They fell in love with a 13,000-square-foot mansion in Beverley Hills. Naturally, it was the most expensive estate sale in California. And none but the richest man in the world can afford it.

The home was built initially for Jack Warner, executive of Warner Bros. Studios. The mansion’s construction dates back to the 1930s. It has breathtaking features like a swimming pool, two guest homes, a tennis court, a nine-hole golf course, and plenty of pizzazz! Bezos spent $165 million on the property. That’s a lot more than we can ever think of spending on a property, but it’s Jeff Bezos that we are talking about, so the amount totally makes sense!
