Scott is a well-known producer and director with films like Blade Runner, Alien, The Martian, Black Hawk Down, Prometheus, Kingdom of Heaven, and Gladiator under his belt.

He has received three Academy Award nominations for Best Director and has also laid his hands on a BAFTA for his contribution to the British film industry. In fact, Ridley has been honored with a knighthood for his services. In 2018, Scott was bestowed upon with the BAFTA Fellowship. His former home in Malibu has been recently sold for almost $9.5 million.

We came to know that the oceanfront property has fetched around $2 million less than what the Ridleys had shelled out way back in 2006. The 4000-square-foot estate aptly suited his luxurious lifestyle, and we hope that he and his wife have found a better and grander nest.
