Pat recently renovated his home, increasing the market value of the property to $699K. Sajak and his former wife Sherrill purchased this beautiful house and later renovated it to add more comfort and elegance to its already classy architecture.

Built in 1911, the property still holds some of its historical looks, despite the renovations made. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a big living room, and a newly built garage. Spread across a decent space of 2,600 square feet, the house looks truly elegant. However, after the couple parted their ways in 1986, the property was put up for sale.
