Kevin James and Steffiana De La Cruz lived in a 12,828 square feet mansion for a while before putting it on the market in 2016. The property had a massive selling price of $28.85 million!

Kevin James’s Florida humongous home consists of 8 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. The living spaces are wide and enormous, with high ceilings and leads to the outdoor patios.

Besides that, it also had a private gym, a billiard room, and a wet bar. The master suite has a beautiful terrace complete with a fireplace and an adjoining meditation room. The home also has a spa with a whirlpool hot tub, a massage table, a kids’ game room, a wine room, also staff quarters.
