Incredible Celebrity Mansions – See Who’s Living In Style and Who’s Just Wasting Money

Wesley Snipes – Est. $4.1 Million, Alpine

Wesley Snipes, rose to fame with the Blade trilogy. This franchise’s success not just made him a household name, but also earned him great wealth. Banking on the success, he bought a 1.16-acre property on the 9000 block of Deacon Court in 1993 for around $1 million. Snipes spent a little more than a decade in the upscale community before selling it for $635,900 in 2004.

In 2003, Snipes walked the aisle with painter Nakyung “Nikki” Park, with whom he shares four children. His former luxurious home is said to be one of the houses which are surrounded by water. Isn’t that breathtaking?

The house is huge with a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom covering 8,400 feet, which means it breaks down to about $406 per square foot. The property was on and off the market for several years and had a $6.7 million price tag. Well, we hope Wesley has shifted to a new house which is as luxurious if not more.

Rachael Ray — Est. $4.7 Million, Hamptons

Food Network’s Rachael Ray, with her popular show 30 Minute Meals , has successfully kept people close to their kitchens and their cooking pots. She has helped people master their cooking skills one dish at a time. Besides cooking, she also has a great interest in real estate.

The star is often part of some high-profile real estate talk. The TV personality recently re-listed her Southhampton home for $4.69 million, as per the NY Post. The property had an initial selling price of $4.9 million. However, the celebrity chef lowered the price later.

The three-bedroom estate has six acres of lush green land surrounding it. The interiors, although minimalist, provides a perfect yet traditional vibe to the crisp Hamptons architecture. The house also boasts of multiple guest rooms that are the best options for hosting a few friends. It also has a pool and two kitchens. We envy the buyer who will finally get to own this amazing property.
