Steven Tyler adore les belles voitures. Le rock-star a fait l’acquisition d’une Hennessey Venom GT Spyder en 2012. La valeur de l’achat est estimée à 1,1 million de dollars. Tout le monde ne peut pas se permettre d’acheter une voiture à ce prix. En revanche, Steven Tyler n’a aucune difficulté à payer cette somme grâce aux ventes d’albums du groupe Aerosmith.
Il possède également dans son garage une Porsche Turbo et une Panoz AIV Roadster. Récemment, Steven Tyler a mis sa Porsche aux enchères. Il a versé par la suite tous les gains de cette vente (800 000 dollars) à une fondation qui prend en charge les enfants maltraités. De toute façon, si on regarde sa fortune, il n’aura pas de problème à acheter un autre véhicule.
