Au départ, la maison coûtait 3,4 millions de livres. Après une négociation fructueuse, le jeune footballeur a réussi à avoir une réduction.
En fait, cette résidence se trouve dans le Comté de Cheschire. Elle est composée de 5 chambres contemporaines. Chacune d’elles dispose d’une salle de bain. Pour passer du bon temps, Paul Pogba possède à sa disposition une grande de salle de jeux où il pourra s’amuser avec ses invités. Sans oublier que la propriété comporte aussi une piscine intérieure.
