Un comédien et humoriste français très connu dans l’univers du cinéma, Gad Elmaleh a pu s’offrir le luxe d’un petit palace situé aux États-Unis. Il y vit aujourd’hui bien heureux avec son épouse Charlotte Casiraghi et son unique fils Raphaël. Sa demeure est bien localisée en étant proche du quartier Sunset Strop, un endroit tant convoité par de nombreuses célébrités.
Gad a tout pour vivre une vie luxueuse dans une maison qui s’étale à plus de 430 mètres carrés où l’on trouve 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, un bar, une salle dédiée au breakfast, un espace pour barbecue, un bureau, 5 cheminées, une véranda au style Marocaine. Tout récemment, le comédien français a mis tout ce luxe en vente pour une valeur de 3,8 millions d’euros, une belle affaire. Toutefois, on ne peut être certain s’il quitte réellement les lieux prochainement pour se trouver une autre propriété luxueuse.
