RuPaul, um ícone da televisão e produtor, pode ter um fraquinho por holofotes, mas seu amante de longa data, Georges LeBar, está perfeitamente satisfeito em deixar sua outra metade brilhar no centro das atenções enquanto ele fica nos bastidores. De acordo com RuPaul, os dois se conheceram em 1994 na pista de dança da boate Limelight, em Nova York.
RuPaul revelou recentemente que a noite em que se conheceram foi o aniversário do LeBar; assim, após 23 anos de namoro, eles se casaram no aniversário do LeBar. Em contraste com RuPaul, que passa muito tempo em Nova York, LeBar prefere passar seu tempo livre em seu rancho em Wyoming.
