Lauren Morelli took a big step five years ago for the better when the lead writer of the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black divorced Steve Basilone, her husband. She fell in love with Samira Wiley, one of the female stars for the same show. Two years later and a lot of love between them, the couple got hitched after Morelli popped the question in 2017.
Samira Wiley claims that she was attracted to Lauren’s mind and talent even before they met. It was her rap writing and work that made Wiley fascinated to get to know her more. The sweethearts are now living in California in a house that they bought before their marriage. We are sure that this is one couple that won’t need counseling!
