Back in 2014, Kortajarena had a two-year relationship with Beauty and the Beast star, Luke Evans. Everyone was sad to see the handsome couple, who didn’t need even a hint of plastic surgery, come to an end when Kortajarena called it quits, but recent developments show that these two love birds are back together.
