Eliminar los dulces, los carbohidratos y las comidas procesadas que contenían aditivos y conservantes poco saludables fue parte de esto. Cooper le dijo al Daily Mail de Australia en 2015: “Estaba harto de sentirme mal… se había convertido en mi yo habitual y (decidí) que ya no iba a ser normal”.
Varios especialistas cuestionan la dieta Paleo. Aceptan las ventajas de la dieta pero también advierten contra sus numerosos inconvenientes.
