Aunque Shannon Cooper indudablemente declaró que le estaba proporcionando a su pequeña hija una dieta Paleo, esto no es tan rígido como se podría suponer.
En su publicación de blog, afirma: “No soy vegana, vegetariana, paleo, sin gluten, sin lácteos, sin grasa, sin carbohidratos o cualquier otro nombre para los alimentos en su totalidad”. Cooper continuó: “Incorporo lo que me gusta en varios enfoques culinarios y recetas y lo ajusto para sentirme bien”.
Sin embargo, Cooper es consciente de que Grace no permanecerá en la dieta paleo por el resto de su vida, a pesar de que hasta ahora lo ha logrado. ¿Cómo abordará Cooper este problema a medida que Grace crece y envejece?
