Charity Begins at Camden Point
The first thing that the Hills did was that Mark donated fifty thousand dollars to his hometown of Camden Point and in Missouri too. He wanted to donate toward a sewage treatment plant.
This seemed to be a particularly strange request, but the people of Camden Point were grateful for the benefit that was offered to them by Mark and his family. Camden Point till now had to dabble with individual septic tanks for sewage because their town was not adequately-funded. But with Mark’s contribution, they didn’t have to keep the septic tanks on their property, and the sewage would be out of the way and out of the sight.
