Buying a Lottery Ticket
In November of 2012, after Jade had been part of the family for the last two years Cindy visited Trex Mart to buy a few essentials. Grocery buying was not busy as she had to make do with the limited money available. She was looking for a few things when her eyes fell on the lottery ticket that was promising an astounding sum of money.
She couldn’t ignore it and thought of trying out her luck. Of course, she knew that just buying a lottery ticket may not translate into a win, however she had hope in the corner of her heart.
