Recientemente, David decidió vender una de sus propiedades, una mansión en Beverly Hills que compró hace varios años por 18 millones de dólares. Esta mansión contaba con seis dormitorios y nueve bajos, tenía una enorme piscina, un cine y hasta una biblioteca. La mansión se vendió por unos 33 millones de dólares, casi el doble de su inversión inicial.
