O apresentador e humorista Jô Soares é famoso por suas atuações no programa humorístico Viva o Gordo, e o Programa do Jô, além de ser escritor, com grandes livros publicados como O Xangô de Baker Street. Jô Soares também é ator, compositor, diretor de teatro e músico, parece que sua lista de talentos científicos não tem fim.
Após 16 anos apresentando seu próprio talk show na Emissora de televisão Rede Globo, nos últimos 5 anos, ele passou a se dedicar à literatura e o teatro. Jô tem passado essa parte de sua vida em um apartamento de dois andares em Higienópolis, bairro da grande São Paulo.
A planta do apartamento é um tanto curiosa, mas não esconde a personalidade do artista. O primeiro andar tem uma biblioteca, uma lareira, uma sala de reuniões, uma barbearia, uma pequena capela, diversos quadros e uma coleção de miniaturas. Agora, o mais interessante é que há um escorregador no meio do apartamento, que liga o segundo ao primeiro andar.
