Steve Borden, is popular professionally as Sting and has created a legacy of his own over a career encompassing fifty years. Throughout his long career, he has claimed fifteen world championship titles. He is famous for his rivalry against the likes of Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair.

Sting was one of the most famous faces in the WCW or World Championship Wrestling and the WWA or the World Wrestling All-Stars before joining TNA. He was the first person to be inducted into the 2012 TNA Hall of Fame before appearing for the first time in the World Wrestling Entertainment during the Survivor Series in 2014. He later had his first match at Wrestlemania 31.

According to the Pro Wrestling Illustrated readers, he has been voted as the Most Popular Wrestler of the Year four times. Borden reportedly has something in the ballpark of $8 million.
