Peter J. Thomson currently holds the position of Director of the Company. Mr. Thomson is a Chairman of Woodbridge, the Thomson family investment company. He is an active private equity investor and has been on the board of several private companies. Armed with a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario, has gone from strength to strength in his business.

Woodbridge manages the investments of the Thomson family. Peter Thomson currently owns a 14% stake in Woodbridge. Woodbridge now manages the investments in several companies such as Thomson Reuters, Bell Media, the Globe and Mail, and many others.

Peter is also a rally race car driver. His current net worth stands at $10.78 billion CAN ($8.56 billion US).
