Bernard Hopkins competed between 2008 and 2016. Laying his hands on several world championship titles in two different weight classes – the undisputed middleweight title and the lineal light heavyweight title, Hopkins is hailed as one of the most successful pugilists of the last thirty years.

His status as an undisputed champion was cemented when he won the WBO title by defeating another boxing great, Oscar De La Hoya. Earning the nicknames The Executioner and The Alien, he earned respect for his longevity as well as his ability to compete with a nice success rate even at an advanced stage.
