This woman appears to be at the center of what we hope is a pre-planned joke, getting doused with a drink. If she’s in on the gag, it’s all in good fun; if not, it’s a party foul of epic proportions. Besides the obvious social faux pas, there’s a lesser-known downside to this alcohol shower: it’s not great for the hair.
Alcohol can zap moisture from the scalp, leaving hair dry and fragile. Remember in “I, Tonya,” when Margot Robbie’s wig got a special beer treatment? It’s a stylistic choice that worked wonders on screen but probably not one you’d want to replicate at a party.
