Well, what would be the ideal career option for a former NBA player who is said to be one of the greatest NBA legends of all time? He retired in 2003 after snapping up a huge net worth.
The Chicago Bulls alum was all set in his life. He quickly earned $90 million which turned to $1.3 billion. Although he could certainly have stopped working and enjoyed a luxurious life in one of his plush mansions but never someone to take it easy and sit on his laurels he continued to work.
He chose a most unconventional career as a Charlotte Hornets’ owner. He also worked on his other businesses such as Gatorade and Hanes. Not to forget his car dealership and restaurant business have earned him hefty dividends. So, currently, retirement does not figure in his dictionary as he is truly enjoying his job role as an entrepreneur.
