Porém, Macaulay – agora com 37 anos – acabou tomando o caminho errado e se envolveu com drogas e álcool e saiu das telinhas e telonas há mais de 14 anos. Sua aparência atual é completamente diferente da que estávamos acostumados e seu rosto, que hoje tem uma barba grisalha, mostra os traços dos vícios.
