Talking about plastic surgery disasters, we think Joan Van Ark should be a prime example of that. The actress, who starred in a number of TV shows and soap operas, underwent a major transformation a while back, and let’s just say, it wasn’t a good one. While one mustn’t judge a book by its cover, Van Ark’s botched plastic surgery seems to have given her quite a creepy appearance. It’s not new for celebs to go under the knife, and in spite of cosmetic procedures being really advanced today, some cases really shock us. We hope Joan had signed an insurance policy with her surgeon, considering how he managed to turn her appearance so unnatural!
