Chevy Chase – Cocaine and Alcohol Addiction
Chevy Chase made a name for himself with performances in National Lampoon, Saturday Night Live, and Foul Play. Though he was never known for being a terribly gorgeous man, he was quite distinguished. However, his career was marred by prescription drugs and cocaine addiction which worsened after going through a divorce in the late 70s. He eventually checked into a drug rehab center in 1986 to turn over a new leaf. But in 2010, he had alcohol-related problems and again, entered a rehab center. All these seem to have taken a toll on Chevy and the way he aged. He has not taken retirement yet and continues to dedicate his time to charity works.
