Sarah Fraisou a vécu sa vie sentimentale au rythme de plusieurs relations au fil des années, surtout celles qu’elle a entretenu avec Sofiane et Malik. Il y a aussi de mentionner son mariage avec Ahmed, qu’elle a vécu difficilement de par les abus psychologiques que celui-ci avait exercé sur elle.
Après avoir rencontré un dénommé Mehdi à Dubaï, elle donne l’impression d’avoir enfin trouvé son compagnon idéal, au point de l’épouser en septembre 2022. L’annonce de leur rupture est hélas délivrée par Fraisou elle-même sur Snapchat en avril 2023. Toujours sur Snapchat, Fraisou révèle en 2024 qu’elle veut retenter sa chance après avoir été séduite par un homme qu’elle garde inconnu.
