This guy has decided to rewrite gym rules by using the bench press bar as a makeshift leg press. It’s a creative twist on fitness, but it leaves us wondering why the actual leg press machine wasn’t good enough. His determination to multitask is impressive, even if it’s a bit misguided.
The technique looks questionable at best, but he seems fully committed to making it work. While innovation has its place, some exercises are better left to the right equipment. For now, he’s showing that where there’s a will, there’s a way—though it might not always be the safest one.
