These Successful Companies Are Known For Their Bold and Striking Logos
Twitter today has 800 million active users, it is certainly known as one of the world’s largest social networking sites. Twitter’s signature Bird logo is something you spot on the internet every day; it is unmissable for anyone who is well-acquainted with the internet.
It was first created in 2006, the original Twitter bird looked different than what you see today. The company actually bought the original logo from British designer Simon Oxley for just $15.
The inspiration behind the name was also Larry Bird, the basketball legend. Yes, it’s true that the logo was named after the sporting idol. Also, another interesting thing to note is that the basketball legend had very little interest in the internet back in the day! Yet he managed to inspire the company to make the iconic logo.
