Asics was founded in 1949 by Kihachiro Onitsuka as ONITSUKA Shokai, but its name was later changed to ASICS, which is an acronym for the Latin expression Anima Sana in Corpore Sano which means you should pray for a healthy mind in a healthy body. However, what you see today is a lot different from its inception days in 1987.
ASICS is engaged in the manufacture of sports shoes and clothing, It appeared in the summer of 1977 and finds its roots in Kobe (Hego). It has several trademarks.
It was Herb Lubalin who designed the emblem. He added a stylish sign with a unique character and of course, it oozes a unique charisma. Over the years, the logo has not undergone many changes, The rest of the time, the company had stuck to the original version.
