These Successful Companies Are Known For Their Bold and Striking Logos
AT&T
In 1885, Alexander Bell, who earned the distinction of inventing the telephone, registered American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T) as an affiliate of American Bell Telephone Co. The telecom joint rehauled the company and of course, came up with its distinctive logo.
For more than 100 years, AT&T had taken up the logo of its parent company, Southwestern Bell. During a restructuring in 1983, AT&T came up with its popular globe logo, you’ll still get to see the version of the original logo.
It was designed in 1889, the company’s first logo that displayed a bell in a triple square frame. A year later in 1900, the logo was reshaped into an emblem. Since then after streamlining it further the logo started to look more solid and edgy.
