Patricia Blanco – 60 Kilo weniger
Patricia Blanco, Tochter des bekannten Sängers Roberto Blanco, hat sich ihren eigenen Weg im Rampenlicht gebahnt. Während ihre Musikkarriere eher überschaubar blieb, machte sie sich einen Namen durch Auftritte in beliebten Reality-Shows wie dem “Dschungelcamp”. Patricia war schon immer für ihre üppigen Kurven bekannt, doch irgendwann beschloss sie, ihr Leben radikal zu verändern.
Der erste Schritt auf Patricias Weg zu einem neuen Ich war eine Magenverkleinerung. Diese Operation half ihr, sage und schreibe 60 Kilogramm abzunehmen. Doch damit nicht genug: Um ihr neues Gewicht zu halten und sogar noch weiter abzunehmen, griff Patricia zu den bewährten Methoden von ausgewogener Ernährung und regelmäßiger Bewegung.
