Schlank wie nie: Stars überraschen mit radikalen Gewichtsverlusten

Thorsten Legat, ehemaliger Fußballprofi, hat sich einer bemerkenswerten körperlichen Veränderung unterzogen. Obwohl er nie als übergewichtig galt, beschloss er, seinen Körper in Topform zu bringen. Mit einem straffen Programm startete er seine Verwandlung und teilte schon nach zwei Wochen erste Erfolge auf Instagram. Seine Frau unterstützte ihn dabei, sowohl die Ernährung umzustellen als auch gezielt Muskeln aufzubauen.
Die Zeit der Pandemie nutzte Legat, um an sich zu arbeiten. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen: Insgesamt verlor er 24 Kilogramm. Heute präsentiert sich der Ex-Fußballer fitter als je zuvor. Seine Fans sind beeindruckt von der Verwandlung und der Willenskraft, die Legat an den Tag gelegt hat.
