Paul Janke, ehemaliger “Der Bachelor”-Star, nutzte die Lockdown-Zeit für eine unerwartete Verwandlung. Der Mister Germany Kandidat von 2009 entschied sich, an seiner Figur zu arbeiten und legte gezielt an Muskelmasse zu. Obwohl er bereits zuvor fit war, sah er darin eine Chance zur Selbstverbesserung.
Auf Mallorca präsentierte Paul stolz das Ergebnis seiner harten Arbeit. Sein neu definierter Körper mit beeindruckendem Sixpack wurde schnell zum Blickfang in den sozialen Medien. Bei seinem nächsten Auftritt auf dem roten Teppich zeigte sich deutlich, wie sehr sich sein konsequentes Training ausgezahlt hatte. Pauls Motto dabei: Immer einen Schritt weitergehen und sich selbst herausfordern.
