Manuela Reimann – 17 Kilo weniger
Konny und Manuela Reimann, bekannt aus dem deutschen Reality-TV, wagten den großen Schritt und zogen auf die Trauminsel O’ahu in Hawaii. Für Manuela bedeutete dieser Umzug nicht nur einen Tapetenwechsel, sondern auch den Start in ein völlig neues Leben. Die frische Inselluft und die Möglichkeit, sich gesünder zu ernähren, sollten ihr Leben auf den Kopf stellen.
Manuela entdeckte die Vorzüge des Clean Eating für sich. Sie baute ihr eigenes Obst und Gemüse an und hielt sogar Hühner für frische Bio-Eier. Diese Umstellung auf eine natürliche Ernährung zeigte bald Wirkung: Manuela verlor sage und schreibe 17 Kilogramm. Aus der einstigen Kleidergröße 40 wurde eine schlanke 32.
