Cheryl Tiegs ist vielleicht kein Name, der einem auf Anhieb einfällt, doch ihr Gesicht hat die Modebranche über Jahre hinweg verändert. Tiegs wurde 1947 geboren und ist jetzt 71. Wir müssen einfach über ihre explosive Karriere über die 1970er hinweg berichten. Sie wird oft als das “Erste amerikanische Supermodel” betitelt und ist vor allem durch ihre zahlreichen Coverfotos auf der Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Ausgaben bekannt. Ihr Name wurde allerdings erst dann richtig bekannt, als sie auf dem Cover der TIME landete. Sie trug einen pinken Bikini, was zu einem ikonischen Bild für die 1970er und deren Popkultur wurde. Über Jahre hinweg ist Tiegs in Würde gealtert und wir wünschen ihr viel Gesundheit und Glück für ihr 71. Lebensjahr!
