Writer and director Dennis Liu’s 2015 book Raising Dion became highly popular among readers. No wonder Netflix took that as a cue, and thus, a brand new ten-episode Netflix series was born. This is the story of a seven-year-old boy being brought up by his mother who later realizes that her son has superpowers. It is not like your usual Spiderman or Superman though. Well, we can’t wait to see Dion’s type! It stars Alisha Wainright and Michael B. Jordan. Interestingly, Michael B. Jordan of Black Panther fame is very popular now, and his credit score is soaring thanks to it. We can’t wait to see him in this series!
