Netflix has already announced a third season of the dark comedy series which stars Timothy Olyphant and Drew Barrymore, among others. The 10-episode third season will be launched in 2019, and all the main cast members, including Drew Barrymore, Liv Hewson, as well as Skyler Gisondo, will return with the launch of the new season. One of the most popular comedy shows in the history of Netflix, Santa Clarita Diet is about an average suburban couple named Sheila and Joel who raise their teenage daughter in Santa Clarita, California.
