Elizabeth Dole has spent decades making history—and millions! With an estimated net worth of $40 million, she has held some of the most powerful positions in government. She was the first woman to serve as U.S. Secretary of Transportation under Ronald Reagan and later became Secretary of Labor under George H.W. Bush.
In 1991, she became the first female president of the American Red Cross since Clara Barton, leading the organization for nearly a decade.
