Jeraldine Saunders – Kidney Stone Surgery Complications
Jeraldine Saunders is best known as the creator of the ABC TV series, The Love Boat. She wrote the book in 1974 where she described her experiences as the first female Cruise Director of a major cruise ship – Princess Cruises. Apart from that, she was also well-known for being the writer of the daily horoscope column, Omarr’s Astrological Forecast. She was actually married to Sydney Omarr who had started that column, and it was her second union but it lasted for only a few months. On February 26 this year, she died in her retirement home due to complications that occurred when she underwent surgery for kidney stones. She was 96.
