Jane Withers began her acting career in Hollywood as a child artist, and throughout her childhood, she has made an appearance in a number of films. The 30s and 40s witnessed her portrayals of different roles, and Jane went on to lay her hands on a Lifetime Achievement Award. Her portrayal in Bright Eyes, where she starred alongside the iconic Shirley Temple, earned her critical acclamation from all quarters. Along with acting, Withers had a knack for singing and has recorded several songs, apart from making some musical appearances. Quite an accomplished career she has had, and after deciding to retire in 2002, Jane must be taking good care of her health.

Eva Marie Saint – 1924

Eva Marie Saint started her career as a television actress but soon became a big star in Hollywood. She won the Academy Award For Best Supporting Actress for her role in On The Waterfront. It also happened to be her debut film, having starred alongside Marlon Brando as well. North By Northwest was another big movie for her. She had a stable marriage for 65 long years until her husband’s death in 2016. Though she has not acted recently, she appeared for this year’s Academy Awards.
