These Hollywood Couples Have Stood The Test Of Time And Are In Love Even Today
Sir Michael Caine and Shakira Baksh – 46 years
The British film icon has the distinction of starring in over 130 films throughout his seven-decade-long acting career. Having received a foothold in the industry with a substantial role in the 1964 film, Zulu, Caine went on to deliver astounding performances in other movies such as The Italian Job, Interstellar, Inception, and The Dark Knight trilogy.
He was married to Patricia Haines previously and even had a daughter with her. However, the union didn’t last long, and the two decided to split. Michael tied the knot with his second wife, Shakira Baksh, in 1973. He saw Shakira in a coffee commercial of Maxwell House and was immediately impressed. In spite of coming from different religious backgrounds, these two lovebirds never clashed in terms of their personal beliefs. They lead a pretty simple lifestyle and are happy in their own little space.
