After retiring as an active player in the football field, John Albert Elway Jr. found it hard to focus on other things except the sport that he loved for many years in his youth. And so, he became the general manager of the Denver Broncos after his retirement.

Aside from this career path, Elway is actually also the current president of football operations for the same team, and it just goes to show the kind of loyalty he has for the Broncos. And he exercises that same loyalty in his love life.

Married to former Oakland Raiders cheerleader Paige Green since 2009, Elway first laid his eyes on Green in 2005 during a golf tournament in Los Angeles. It wasn’t love at first sight, and it took a while before Elway decided to pursue Green — after he saw her in an infomercial, that is. Anyone can see that they’re truly a happy couple, enjoying each others’ company and making the most out of life.
